MPL being the Gaming Unicorn that it is wanted to have efficiencies built in its Accounts Payable process as part of overall finance department restructuring.
In the past year of our association with MPL we have been able to successfully transition the process owned by client’s in-house teams to the newly set-up team at Ocellus with adequate knowledge transfer and have also been able to deliver significant process efficiencies.
With reduced delinquencies, quicker TAT and dashboard-based performance tracking the AP process transformation is complete.
